How to write a strong proposal (that gets accepted)
9 Mar 2026 · Guides
A proposal should be specific: what you’ll do, how you’ll do it, and what you need to start—no fluff.
A strong proposal is structured and concrete. Start with a 2-3 line summary of your relevant experience, then outline your approach step-by-step. Close with what you need from the recruiter (clarifications, scope, timelines) and how quickly you can begin. If you include 1-2 examples, you reduce uncertainty and help the recruiter decide faster.
