1. Acceptance
By using Dusrawork you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when signing up. Recruiters get 20 free coins on signup and need coins to post jobs (20 per job). Work seekers need coins to send proposals. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
3. Coins and payments
Coins are purchased via Razorpay in INR. Coins are non-refundable once spent (e.g. on job posts or proposals). Refunds for purchases are subject to Razorpay and our payment policy.
4. Conduct
You must not post false or misleading jobs or proposals, harass others, or use the platform for illegal purposes. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
5. Disclaimer
Dusrawork is a platform connecting work seekers and recruiters. We do not guarantee employment or outcomes. Contracts and payments between users are their responsibility.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes we will notify you where appropriate.
