1. Sign up for free and create your profile.
2. Buy coins (used only when you send a proposal).
3. Browse jobs and send a proposal when you find a fit — each proposal costs a small number of coins.
4. If the recruiter accepts your proposal, messaging unlocks so you can discuss the work.

No subscriptions. You only spend coins when you apply.

For recruiters

1. Sign up as a recruiter and get 20 free coins to post your first job.
2. Buy coin packs to post jobs. Each job post costs a fixed number of coins.
3. Review proposals from work seekers and accept the one you want to work with.
4. Once you accept a proposal, you can message the candidate directly.

Simple pricing: coins for signup and for each job you post.
